750ml bottle.

Been seeing this one at Fromagerie Marché Atwater for a while now but never got it.

A- A cloudy but very, very light gold. Topped by a creamy white. Lots of thin lacing. Looks good.

S- Alcohol seems rough and hot but there's a stronger very nice banana cream in here too.

T- I like this. A lot like the smell. Some apple sourness and sweetness which fits in great. Apricot maybe. Clove comes out as it warms. Alcohol really stands out but works with it all.

M- Carbonation is pretty high. Tingly on the tongue but a generally soft and creamy mouthfeel. Dry finish.

D- Really good. Clean. Some good flavors. Very nice mouthfeel. Despite the bold alcohol profile, I'm really enjoying this.

Man this is good. If you like beers like La Fin du Monde, Don de Dieu, Quatre Centieme you'll probably like this too. Kind of a mellower than those though. Didn't really think I'd want to buy more of this but I really do.
