Pours a bright golden color with a huge, stable head.
Smells of grass, dried herbs, copper and fresh cropped hay.
Has a medium carbonation, together with an extremely sweet, light body and an outstandingly soft mouthfeel.
Tastes of a toffee overload from the very beginning, with a strawy accent, but the sweetness lets nothing else become detectable. A late herbal hint produces a nice dryness, which creates a rustic bread balance, taming the initial sweetness.
A little too sweet for my taste, apart from this this is excellent, especially for its awesome mouthfeel.

I had this beer two years ago when i was in Wuppertal where i visited the Brewery. We drank a few of the helles beer in the restaurant. Quit nice to be there.
The beer was served in a half liter glass. The head is nice white and firm. The beer itself is a bit 'trĂ¼b' as the Germans say, unfiltered. Really good carbonation.
There is a nice taste with the hop and citrus on the background.
A very drinkable and fresh beer as we drank it nearby the source.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
