Pours a murky brownish color with a crisp fluffy white head that fades quickly leaving a small amount of dotted lacing around the glass.
Smell is a bit musty, zesty, damp hay? Faint sweet yeast.
Taste is a bit different from other weiss bier I've had but also very similar, it's sweeter but also spicy. It's a chewy sweet beer with bubble gum notes throughout. They come and go as other flavors make themselves known. Banana nut bread. A zesty yeastiness changes things up a bit.
