Appearance: Poured a deep dark brown color, almost opaque. The head poured about 1-2 fingers thick and faded into some lacing that clung to the glass.
Aroma: Sweet malts with some nutty overtones.
Taste: Very sweet caramel malt flavors, but not overpowering. I detected hints of toffee as well. The nutty flavors came through in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, almost creamy. The carbonation was in good balance as well.
Overall: Good stuff.
