Cask. Pours a clear copper colour with a lasting bubbly white head.
Aroma of fresh hops, malt, and grain.
Some sweetness leading to a medium astringency. More hops than malt.
Quite a crisp feel. Good conditioning.

Tasted by half-pint at the Pembury Tavern, Hackney, N. London. Poured by a handpump w/o a sparkler.
A: pale amber to dark orangey golden hue, coming with a naturally fluffy, off-white head, on top of low carbonated body.
S: sweet-flowery and fruity hops featuring peaches, pineapples, a milder hint of orange peels, and an almost oily hoppy edge... grounded on a profoundly sweet caramely as well as biscuity malty base. The fragrant and fruity hoppyness is balanced quite well with the good body of malts.
T: upfront plenty of juicy, biscuity pale malts softly slip onto the palate, underlined by a lively stream of flowery hops underneath... slowly but surely, the hoppyness takes over, while a slightly tannic edge and juicy, ripe lychee-like fruitiness prevail till the end of tasting, although the finish shows a soothingly nutty and quietly bitter edge as well.
M&D: smoothly-textured, the beer benefits from constantly soft micro-fizziness, while the body and overall flavour shows a higher profile against its light alc. content. IMO this is an absolutely wonderfully hoppy and quaffable Pale Ale, possibly using Cascade-related hops? I'm not sure about if and which, though...
