Appearance - Pours a copper hue with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, earthy, and floral hops, citrus peel, sweetness from the yuzu, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus, earthy, and floral hops upfront. The citrus peel, bold tart sweetness and from the yuzu, and bready malts follow suit. The earthy yeast finishes off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the lingering sweetness from the yuzu lingering.
Overall - An interesting take on an IPA by brewing with yuzu, an fruit I've never encountered before. The flavour is a cross between a grapefruit and lime. If you're curious, this one may be up your alley.

Poured from a 473ml can. 70 IBU. This one has added Yuzu fruit.
A: Pours a just off clear dark copper/amber with a very thin white head.
S: An odd sweet nose (from the Yuzu?) interesting.
T: Hard from to to figure out the taste of this one lots of citrus, for sure there are lets of hops,lots of nice bitterness.
F: Medium body with a strong citrus finish.
O: Bought one of these to try about all i need.
