This lightly hopped pilsner is perfect for a long mountain hike. Crisp, cool and clean, just like the alpine air that surrounds you. Brisk and refreshing, with smooth aromas of citrus and hops, this pilsner will reach new heights to quench your thirst!

I had this beer on-tap in an imperial nonic at the Whistler taproom in YVR airport.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and a finger of frothed ivory foam atop.
Smell: rather sweet malt for the style with a light hop character.
Taste: like the aroma, the malt is overly sweet for the style. There’s a bit of graininess to the malt as well. Hops are nice, lightly noble and earthy, but the malt is a bit too heavy.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this isn’t a terrible beer at all, but it reminds me more of “higher quality macro” than a decent craft beer.
