Appearance: Bright, extremely pale golden-brassy canary body with a very creamy, cloud-white head with quite good retention.

Smell: Fresh white-bread malts, very light and faint, but inviting. The malt aroma is very grainy and raw, like smelling freshly-kilned malts themselves. Hops are even fainter than the malts, lending a slight grassy, herbal freshness in the background.

Taste: Very, very smooth, with fresh, light, grainy malts and mildly spicy, leafy hops. An estery twang from the yeast adds another level of flavor, ending with a bitter hop oil finish.

Mouthfeel: Thin but chewy; clean, refreshing, and quite crisp.

Drinkability: Yum... so fresh, so tasty, definitely a great summer brew that's as savorable as it is refreshing.
