1 Liter Bottle poured into a Sprecher Sample glass. "Best kept refrigerated and consumed 6 months from date printed on shoulder of bottle." No date printed. Sealed wax flip top that looks great but is impossible to open with out chiseling away at it.
Thanks to my cousin Dan for bringing this bottle over!
A - Pours a bit effervescent and clear light red with a pastel pink fluffy head. The retention was mediocre and went down to a tiny ring.
S - Crisp and clean aroma of light floral hops with a mild malt in the background. A bit thin in the nose.
T - Thin taste of malts but mainly floral hops. Very crisp and clean with a clean hop finish. Dry but not really bitter.
M - Thin and a bit watery, it's definitely a lighter-bodied beer. Fizzy on the feel and crisp and clean with a dry finish.
D - I wouldn't have much trouble putting the whole bottle of blood down like a thirsty vampire that's for true.
