Brewed with imported malt, soft water & Saaz noble hops, this Czech-style Pilsner is the perfect summer beer. Its rich golden color compliments the mild, earthy, spicy hop aromas & well balanced malt profile for a crisp, clean beer with subtle bitterness.

An excellent Bohemian style Pilsner. From a bottle into a Pilsner glass.
L- Amber color with bold carbonation and slight cloudiness. Head can last like a Pilsner Urquell
S- Herbal hop and bready malt.
T- An initial noble hop front balanced with a rich malt back, neither over powering the other.
F- Crisp and clean.
Overall- An excellent drinkable beer any time of year, unfortunately it's only a summer seasonal.

This is a slightly below average beer for the style. It pours a lighter golden color, with a finger of white bubbly head. There is nothing special with this beer.

Pours gold. Foamy, short, white head that Fades fast with light lacing.
Smells earthy, Citrus, malt and grassy.
Tastes strong pilsner, grassy, lemon, citrus peel, light earthy and pilsner malt. Finish is dry with a light grainy linger. Lighter body and fizzy medium carbonation.

On-tap at Three Cellars, Franklin, WI:
Pours golden with a lasting white head. Lacing sticks.
The smell is of pils malt and lemon-y floral notes from the Saaz.
The taste is malty with soft bitterness from the Saaz hops in the clean, crisp finish.
An easy-drinking, well balanced pils.

Poured from a 16 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma-Has a strong lemon/floral aroma. pretty inviting
Appearance- a murky golden color with a one inch white head
Taste- very bitter with a strong buttery flavor, not my cup of tea
Palate- medium bodied with an oily feel
Overall- I was disappointed with this beer. I expected more and it didn't deliver. I was really turned off by the butter flavor.

Not as much noble hops as the reputation had me expecting, but very solid.
