64oz growler into a tulip glass.
Pale golden yellow with a foamy white head.
Lightly funky, Belgian yeast character upfront in the aroma.
Same profile in the taste, but a bit subdued. Lightly funky, grassy, Belgian year phenols, biscuity backbone.
Medium light body with foamy carbonation.
Nothing particularly exiting, but still a well done, simple Belgian pale.

Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a pale semi-hazy golden color with soapy white head that left minimal lace.
S- Big chalky yeast notes, honey, bubblegum, and citrusy notes.
T- Lots of chalky yeast notes, bubblegum, some banana, honey, and citrusy notes. Slightly medicinal with high bitterness on the finish.
M- Some warming, medium body, and semi-dry finish.
O- A pretty solid sessionable belgian pale ale with high than average bitterness.
