On draught at Higgins, Solstice is a cloudy pale bronze with a small white head that leaves moderate lace.

Smell is pure hefe, heavy banana esters.

Taste is very nice and balanced between the sweetness of the malt, fruity esters and a mineral like dryness. I love how smooth the flavor of this is, satisfying but highly sessionable.

Body and light and dry, with a nice crispness.

Drinkability is perfect for me for a dunkel, a little paler and less sweet then some, but better balanced and easier drinking, and still plenty of character. Really awesome, another home run for Ninkasi!
