Rated 9-17-2019. I remember the bottle and the crisp taste, citrus flavor, and lightness for an IPA. Other than that, I don't remember anything else.

Bomber from Fred Meyer. Pale golden with a light haze, small, tight lasting head. Light aroma of bready malts. Taste is also malty, biscuity with a splash of citrus and dryness from the champagne yeast.

Straw filtered with light carbonation and 3 fingers of glassy white head.

Smells of dry grapefruit pith and nothing else.

Tastes of dried citrus peels.

Light and bone dry with lots of carbonation.

Purchased at Trader Joe’s in Medford Oregon, having it at home in Redding September 16, 2019.

12oz bottle (Best By date of 10/4/19) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy medium gold color with about 1/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.

The aroma had a light grain base, a pleasantly sharp yeast aspect, and some light citrus hops.

Very similar on the tongue, with the hops being a bit brighter, and a hint of tartness on the back end.

The body was medium-light, smooth, nicely carbonated, and had a dry finish.

Drinkabilty was very nice, it would make for a nice cookout brew.

Overall, a nice beer, worth a shot if you see it.

12 oz bottle, thanks bro- Pours mostly clear light golden with a small white head that reduces, and floaties if you don't pour carefully. Aroma is floral, hops, Sweetarts. The taste is citrus, floral, somewhat dry, but could be drier considering the style. Not bad.

12 oz single frm Safeway in West Salem OR.
$..way tooo much..they do not know how to price sigles..like Roth's or Freddys.
Pours a clear light golden colour..with a nice sized frothy white head.
Grape/wine like hop aromas dominate..you could mistake the aroma for a dry white wine. PLeasant.
Wine aspect is still in the taste but its better balanced and gives a nice semi dry semi bitter taste.
Nice bubbly mouth feel..very good.and dry finish.
Excellent Brut IPA..great for hot weather.

really good new one from these guys, who almost always nail everything, at least the hoppy ones for sure, and one of the better examples of a brut i have had recently, its dry and clean and brightly hoppy and juicy without any funny esters or residuals from the enzyme. i get strong tangerine notes in nose and taste, some green grape as well, along with kiwi, meyer lemon, and white wine. its luscious and ripe, the grain is simple and dry, and the fermentation is totally complete, real tidy, and imparts some wonderful carbonation to this, as lively as i need the style to be, very expressive and even refreshing at this level. some sweet fleshy orange is there at the finish and maybe just enough bitterness to keep it at least within proximity of the ipa realm. lots of brut types ive had have been sharp, phenolic, and over hopped, but this one is just right. really professionally done, really drinkable, and i think perfect for summer. this is the best new beer i have had from these guys in a long time, and one i will be drinking plenty more of. great job on a tricky style!

Clear gold with two fingers of white foamy head. Rings of lace appear as the head level drops.
Smell is cracker malt with floral hops.
Taste is bitter piney hops with a modest backing of cracker malts.
Mouthfeel is light with bold carbonation. The finish is crisp and dry.
Overall a tasty Brut style IPA. Best by 10/04/19.

Clear golden yellow with plenty of foam in the Affligem chalice. Light body with a hoppy zing and mineral finish. Plentiful sparkly carbonation in keeping with the style. Aroma of the barnyard-style Saisons, weirdly enough. They describe this as having "a spark of citrus hops," and rate the IBUs at 35. It's certainly more fruity than bitter.

There's an interesting Belgian-like twang of yeasty esters. Flavors of lime peel, white grapes, and a touch of mango. This is one of the better Brut-style beers I"ve tried. Maybe because it's not so bone dry. From the 12 oz bottle purchased at Haggen Market.
