Had this at the restaurant at Multnomah Falls in Oregon on 2009-03-04
A - Gold / amber with a big, fluffy white head
S - Mild, carmalized grain, grass and a little citrus
T - Nice balance between the malt and hops. This is a pretty light IPA though so don't look to be blasted with bitter.
M - Light to medium body and medium carbonation
D - It certainly hit the spot after a half day hike up the falls and beyond.

Found this to be ONLY at the restaurant at Multnomah Falls in Oregon, and the beer was specifically outsourced to Ninkasi. It didn't taste like their Total Domination to me, so I am guessing it's another IPA offering from them.
- Rather basic yellow and slightly orange hue with a great amount of fluffy white head... and tons of great lacing all over the full 16 oz. pint.
- Great sweet caramel scent, bit roasty.. really a pleasant malt profile with a nice bittering hop. Not so much citrus, but bitter and pine.
- Great smooth and sweet malt-driven IPA with just the right amount of bitter hops. Slight pine.. but more brown sugar and roasted caramel. Really a unique flavor.
- Not too dry or chewy at all.. no where near oily.. a decent feel.
- Great carbonation and flavor made this a very drinkable IPA on tap... and as always... a huge fan of what Ninkasi cranks out.
