Pours a golden translucent color with a medium head that goes away rather quickly. It has a tropical piney aroma with a small bite from the hops, but a nice hop flavor overall. Rated 2-18-2022

Clearish pale gold, lingering head; moderate hopping and biscuity malt, lemon and tea, some pine. Pretty run-of-the-mill.

12oz bottle from Hops & Bottles. Lightly hazy golden, wispy head. Aroma comes across with generic hoppiness. Taste is biscuity malts, citrus peel. Lingering bitterness.

Look: Slightly cloudy rich orange with a dense head that settles to a lid and retains for a bit, leaving good lacing behind as it settles
Aroma: Ripe peaches, Cara Cara oranges, ruby-red grapefruit, mandarins, some berry notes, and sweet bready malt
Taste: A citrus fruit salad along with peaches kicks it off and soon after, berry notes start to work their way in – strawberry, raspberry, and thimbleberry among them. Malt is present throughout but in a supporting role and closes as it started along with a light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, medium-high carbonation, and very lightly dry on the finish – an aspect I notice (and enjoy) in most of Ninkasi’s hoppy offerings
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty and well-made IPA that utilizes Citra in a way to bring out the peach aspect, which I don’t always get with Citra-hopped beer and enjoy. I really dug these folks’ Stratascope IPA last year so was pumped they followed that with another winner. A good addition to the lineup and my fridge as well for the next few months

Clear golden body with two fingers of off white head. Rings of lace as the levels drop.
Smell is citrus orange bready malts.
Taste is citrus orange slightly dank and some pine with bready malt support.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. The finish is crisp and dry.
Overall a fine West Coast IPA. From a 19.2 ounce can.

12 oz glass bottle from Plaid Pantry in West Salem OR.
$2.50
Pours a regulation tarnished orange body , clear, with a small wispy/lacey white head.
AS expected, the aroma is fully citrus style hops. Mostly lemon zest and tangerines. Nice.
Taste again features load of citrus, but you can discern some caramel type malts underneath.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation.
Nice early Spring beer.
