Pours a darker golden color with a medium head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is citrus and resinous with a slight bitterness. Almost standard tasting Ninkasi beer. BOD 10-10-2025

I haven’t had a Ninkasi beer in years. So, on a recent visit to the Pacific Northwest, I thought why not?
From the can this pours true to style. Faded hops, no fault of the brewers as it turns out this has a few months of age. On the sip I get some piney and citrusy grapefruit notes with a low bitterness on the finish.
