Served on tap into a shaker glass
A- Poured a clear dark red color with frothy off-white head that left glass coating lace
S- Very light aroma of toffee and medicinal notes
T- Toffee, juicy red apple, caramel, earthy, and medicinal notes.
M- Medium body, pretty smooth, semi-dry, and soft carbonation.
O- A pretty malt forward red ale for a self-described dry-hopped red ale. Pretty good with a pretty typical hop profile I have come to expect from Ninkasi. Not quite as refreshing as you would expect for the beer they made for the ballpark.
