Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a golden color, very clear with tons of streaming carbonation, white soapy head, and no lacing.
S- Pretty big pilsner malt notes, lemon, bready, and grainy notes.
T- Big pilsner malt, lemon, bready, doughy, and grainy notes. Nice hop character on the finish with notes of grape, grass, and something else I ca't really describe but it reminds me of the smell of packaging tape (it is a flavor I have gotten in a few beers before).
M- Refreshing, soft carbonation, dry, and very smooth.
O- Lots of malt complexity and nice hoppy character on the finish. This is one fine Kolsch, great for summer, and highly drinkable. The best beer I have had from Ninkasi.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
