Pint at Craft Brewers. Clear golden, small bubbly head, lazy carbonation. Full grainy aroma. Taste brings more of the biscuit malts, with the hops bite starting right away, and finishes crisp and clean. One of the best pils I've had in a while.

a big collaboration with some other idaho breweries from what i understand, idaho brewers united or something, i had it on tap at boise brewing, and liked it quite well, although if this is the collective creation of the breweries of idaho, i fear we are severely lacking in inspiration, yikes! its a well made lager, i like the flavor and the cleanness of the yeast, and i like the ease of drinking overall, its got a relatively classic old world profile otherwise, noble hops, european pils malt, simple, just fresher than the imports generally are, and maybe a little bigger overall in flavor. i am surprised this isnt a little more creative or different, just a lager that most of the involved breweries probably do just as well on their own. some floral character to the hops gives it a springtime essence, but there isnt a whole lot to get excited about here. the mouthfeel is right, and honestly the best part of the beer, dry and really highly carbonation which i love in this style. a solid lager overall, but i hope when they all get together again they do something a little more innovative...

Sampler at the brewery- pours clear old golden. Aroma is clean, floral, hoppy. The taste is crisp and clean, floral, moderate hope profile. Grainy and easy drinking.
