This beer is dry hopped with cascade hops to give it a floral aroma. Classified as a Northwest style pale ale, it is mildly hoppy and bitter. This beer was named after Lake Pend Oreille’s lake monster.

On tap at the brewpub, served in a pint glass.
Pours a rich gold color and is cloudy. Decent small white head with moderate lacing paints the side of the glass.
Smell is a fain pine scent.
Taste is a bit of a biscuit flavor followed by bitter hop taste. A typical tasting pale ale..
Mouth feel is clean and a little dry.
Good drinkability. A typical but very drinkable APA.
