The colour is amber (20 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is off-white and compact. It sinks slowly to a thin lid.
The smell is quite light with citric hops, pine needles, bitter herbs and caramel sweetness. It is balanced.
The taste is bitter with citric peels, exotic fruits and dough. Chemical bitterness, lighter than expected from this style. Medium to full body. The aftertaste is quite dusty with vegetables, olive oil, bitter herbs and candy sweetness. The finish is chemical with floral dusty notes.
The carbonation is medium strong; the large bubbles smooth. The liquid is sticky.
Not a very good DIPA: No balance, dusty hops.
