The head is finger thick, white and airy (some lacing). The (somewhat cloudy) liquid is medium amber – orange.

The smell is sweet with notes of wheat, yeast, fruit candy, herbs, some alcohol and bitter flavours. It smells very “Belgian”.

The taste is rich, massive. I noticed dried fruits, sour candy, citric notes, bitter herbs (coriander, Thai basilica), some minerals and a passing bitterness. Full bodied! The aftertaste is dry and fruity with a touch of wood.

The carbonation is very strong (but not too strong), the bubbles are small and almost sharp. The liquid is a bit thick.

One of the better Swedish Belgo-style beer I have drunk.
