The head is finger thick, white and airy (some lacing). The (somewhat cloudy) liquid is medium amber orange.
The smell is sweet with notes of wheat, yeast, fruit candy, herbs, some alcohol and bitter flavours. It smells very Belgian.
The taste is rich, massive. I noticed dried fruits, sour candy, citric notes, bitter herbs (coriander, Thai basilica), some minerals and a passing bitterness. Full bodied! The aftertaste is dry and fruity with a touch of wood.
The carbonation is very strong (but not too strong), the bubbles are small and almost sharp. The liquid is a bit thick.
One of the better Swedish Belgo-style beer I have drunk.
