The beer is slightly hazy, orange, with an off-white slightly yellow firm, even and nice head. Some lacing.
The smell is fresh citric, grapefruit. Balanced with some toffee and grass.
Initially sweet, brown bread, a touch of syrup, and grape-fruit, first juice, then peel and finally bitter crushed seeds.
Medium high carbonation, small intensive bubbles, a medium body, a dry finish.
Very nice, refreshing and invigorating.

This beer is brewed by Sigtuna Brygghus for Stockholm beer bar Man in the Moon. It was first brewed in the spring of 2008. Grapefruit peels are added during the boil.
The liquid is clear; the colour is copper-gold. The two finger off-white head is airy.
The smell is buttery with some bitter notes and some sweetness. I noticed flavours of yoghurt and wheat flour. Maybe it's a little weak.
The taste is fruity with notes of yeast and sour/metallic bitterness. Yeast, lemons, apricot jam and malts in the aftertaste.
The carbonation is strong; the liquid is dry, almost abrasive.
A very interesting beer. However, it feels like it isn't really fully finished yet.
