A bitch dark beer, a small brown head, some lacing.
The smell is smoky, sausage and meat, burnt bread and peas.
Some sweetness, dried fruits and dark bread, but also tasting of smoked stuff, much roasted malt, coffee beans, finish with a good bitterness.
Medium carbonation, a very dry feeling.
In all a mighty beer, but maybe a tad too much hops to make it balanced.
