This beer is brown with hints of red, the tan head is rather small and leaves some lacing.
The smell is somewhat malty, bread and nuts, but mostly acid, fresh fruits, apples and grapes.
The taste has malty. nutty tones, brown bread, but here as well a distinct acidity, green apples and pears, rather much grassy hops.
Medium low carbonation, soft, small bubbles and a dry finish.
Well besides the unexpected sourness I would have expected more malts and less hops in this "alt", viellecht ist es so das Ich nichts verstehe?
