The beer is clouded mahogany brown, a very small off white head (or disoint bubbles). No lacing, but very good curtains.
The smell is strong wine, sherry, Madeira, Marzipan, oak.
A sweet raisin and figs presence, with sherry, brandy and cask character.
No carbonation, a rather fresh and smooth feeling, a good body.
Probably a bit young this one, should sit around a decade.
