The colour is brown (70 EBC), the liquid is clear. A low off-white head sinks down to nothing immediately.

The strong smell is malty and sweet with distinct notes of caramel and strong red wine. Sweet and bitter almonds, dried red berries and exotic fruits. Lots of alcohol and hints of solvents in the background.

The taste is semi-sweet with lots of dried fruits (plums, apricots, some raisins) and warming alcohol. Some bitter-sour notes and dry red wine. Full body. The aftertaste is quite bitter with some red fruits and berries. The finish got sour exotic fruits and hot alcohol.

The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles short-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.

An odd beer. Too much alcohol and sourish flavours.
