Bottle from Systembolaget.
The colour is dark brown, almoust black. 3 finger high beige/brown foam.
Fruity smell, coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit and pine.
Taste: hops, dark bread, herbs, chocolate and espresso.
A great body and a round and delicious taste. Great!

The colour is almost black (50 EBC), the liquid is clear. The enormous five finger head is brown and compact with a nice crater. It sinks very slowly, leaving lots of thick lacing.
The smell is bitter-sour with dry notes of roasted malts and powerful hops. Dark chocolate/cocoa, lime and grapefruit juice, hints of smoke, charcoal and black coffee. It reminds of an over-hopped Baltic stout. The bitterness got some raw metallic notes.
The taste is dry with rough notes of bitter hops, black malt, coffee and liquorice. The bitterness is all over the palette, with raw chemical bitterness. Hints of wood/cask. Some dry fruity notes and quite a lot of rough alcohol. Medium body. The aftertaste is bitter with some “black” charcoal-coffee-cocoa flavours. The alcohol fades away, though. The finish is a bit green, bitter and rough.
The carbonation is medium strong, mid-sized sharp bubbles. The liquid is dry and a bit thick.
Way to rough and unbalanced for me.
