I picked up a growler of this today and... wow! This is a truly impressive APA. Pours a slightly cloudy deep copper with a very resilient thick white head that leaves sheets of lace. Aroma is full of juicy fresh hops... I can make out of hint of bread as well, but it really just has a resiny hop aroma that is wonderful. Flavor begins with some bready sweetness then becomes a mixture of grapefruit and pine, with some cracker notes in the finish. Has a nice lingering bitterness that's not overpowering. Body is light to medium with low carbonation. This is a beautiful offering... I hope they bottle this one.
