Tasted at the brewpub as a part of $15 "Tasting Crate".
Pours yellow with a white head.
Very herbaceous nose with some hint of tropical fruit.
Passionfruity in flavour, with clean malt notes, crisp bitterness and long finish. Slightly oily mouthfeel.
I would describe this as in the New World pilsner class similar to Knappstein.
