Nice "summer" beer...although I drank it tonight on October 1st. It was a warm night, though, so this did hit the spot. Very smooth and refreshing...thin and a tad watery...but good. Not clovey or strong spice, which I liked. Very subtle and drinkable. Decent wheat beer. Liked it better than our Appalachian Water Gap Wheat here in Central PA! Stop into the Market Cross Pub in Carlisle...very nice atmosphere, and good, FRESH brewed beers! Cheers and SAAALUTE my BA friends!!

I tried this on tap at the brewpub in Carlisle. Served cold in a traditional wheat glass.
A - A golden ale w/ good clarity and a paper thin white head.

S - Light aromas of wheaty malt w/ cereal scent. A very faint toasted scent trails along.

M - Light sweetness, nice carbonation, very clean and semi-dry.

T - Nice and easy wheat w/ light flavor and a nice toasty and cereal graininess. The ale has a smooth flavor and a light sweet finish.

D - A very easy drinkin' brew. A light refreshing wheat w/' nice flavor - very quaffable.
