Almond '22 "Fredric"
75 cl brown glass bottle coded "De consumare... entro la fine di 7 2019 Lotto56"
Notes: Labeled at 5.8% ABV. Hazy deep chestnut colored body with ruby highlights beneath a massive head of creamy khaki colored foam. Very good head retention and excellent lacing. Bottle conditioned with plenty of lees. The aroma is limited but displays a dark caramel maltiness. The flavor offer more of a medium to dark caramel matliness, red fruit, and herbal hops. Median-firm bitterness. Dry finish with bitterness, herbal hops, and spiciness lingering. Medium bodied with a soft, natural carbonation. Quite pleasant

750 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Hazy brown colour, big to moderate off-white head. Moderate "dusty" aroma, hints of wood and yeast, just a touch of smoke. Soft and pleasant mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of oak / wood and mild spices, hints of smoke, a decent hoppy bitterness in the finish. Smoke in the aftertaste.

Light cherry wood color, lightly veiled. Light cream color head, quite abundant, beautiful. Good appearance.
Fruity smell, pineapple, some camomile, orange peel, and cane sugar.
The taste is fruity, with a lot of pineapple, maybe a bit tending to melon. Again cane sugar. Not bad, but a little too sweet.
Interesting, but not the best of the brewery.
In the aftertaste a light bitter note, but not completely enough to balance the overall sweetness.
