Monk's robe color , dark mahogany, with a brown foam, compact and fine. Really nice.
At the nose you immediately detect of a good sweet made by malt and cane sugar, but all well balanced by a biting hops. Even in the flavor balance is well done: herbaceous and floral, toasted and roasted whole well mixed, pleasant, without a single note that exceed and prevail at the expense of others.
In the mouth remains a sensation of toast, but soft, elegant and with a touch of coffee or cappuccino (maybe a little lactose), followed by a flower and the sugar cane.
You can easily pick the hand of the brewer (it is a special version made specifically for a bar of Brescia). A beer humoral and "dark", fascinating and elegant. Beer of meditation but also easy to drink, so a second round must be ordered immediately. Definitely well done!
