Dark brown but light passes through the edge. Small but lasting beige head. Thick streaks on the glass.
Lightly burnt aroma.
The black patent is up front with a light burnt flavor. Just a touch of cream. Full bodied for the style. Good carbonation. Short aftertaste. I've come to the conclusion that Kassiks best beers are their darkest ones. This is no exception.
