Pretty clear red brown body, minimal white head, a quiet malt nose. Flavor is as the name suggests, mildly sweet caramel and bread, a bit of minerality. The feel is clean and crisp. A very well built traditional English brew.

This beer is was served a dark read with a short creamy white head. The head faded to a thin white lacy ring around the glass. The beer had a sweet roasty flavor with some mild hop. Had a light and creamy mouthfeel. It is very drinkable. I recommend this beer if you enjoy ambers.

Draft at brewpub.
Poured clear dark amber color an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate sweet roasted malt aroma. Medium body. Moderate roasted sweet flavor and medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
Soft drinkable beer.

Poured a nice dark red color, with a bit of lacing and some head. Nice clean scent, fairly malty, and not that strong. Good taste, a nice bit of toffee in with a great slight caramel red ale flavor, and a nice bit of hop bitter hit at the end. It goes down quite smooth. An excellent "dark" mild.

A nice crisp brown color, no head to speak of, no retention, low carb.
Smell is slightly malty, not much hop aroma.
Flavor is malty, hints of toffee.
Mouthfeel is light-bodied, faintest touch of carbonation.
Quite drinkable. Nothing wrong with this beer at all.
