Pours a fantastic pale and glowing yellow (normally lighter than I like in a pale ale, but I did read the name), with nice head and excellent lacing. Nice scent with sweet malts and wafts of citrus, light and airy. Great taste, with a wonderful and straightforward maltiness followed by an excellent pineapple and slight piney hop finish that stays on the tongue. Goes down entirely too smooth!

(Served in an imperial pint glass)
A- This beer pours a clear warm yellow body with no sign of carbonation and a thin film of white head with a second layer of big bubbles. The head sticks to the glass with each sip leaving a register of how many sips were taken.
S- This beer has a soft smell of dry pine hops that are slightly earthy and there is a nice pungent hint. There are faint hints of pale malt that come through after my nose gets used to the hops.
T- This beer has a sharp bitter pine hops flavor with a fresh floor-malted grain that has some nice depth. There is a light watery taste of minerals that comes through before the pungent bite of the hops finish the taste and that bitterness lingers for a good while.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight watery texture.
D- This beer has some nice strong hops but not much depth to the hops flavor or the malt flavor. It is a nice beer but it doesn’t have the good qualities typical of cask dispensing.
