Cask conditioned and smooth (there aren't enough o's in smooth to describe!). Copper in color and fairly clear. Amarillo hops dominate the aroma. Amarillo flavor does not overpower the malt in this beer, but adds a ton of citrus (specifically grapefruit) flavor. Carbonation was low and serving temp was too (due to the cask conditioning). Very nice beer, especially if you are a hop-head.

Pours a very nice copper color with good head and nice lacing. It has a great scent, very crisp with a nice hit of floral from the hops. Excellent taste, as well, a nice and balanced beer between the sweet malt and the bitter hops, with a great hoppy aftertaste. It goes down smoothly, a great beer to try, especially as it's cask.

Think a cross between Boddington's Ale and Sam Adams Lager.

Had it again on tap a couple of days ago, and it's still wonderful. Goes down quite smooth with just a bit of hop roughness.
