A - It pours an orangey golden hue, relatively pedestrian in appearance.
S - This is not the greatest Kölsch nose, it is lagery and grassy but lacks the subtle fruity and floral notes that a Kölsch can show.
T - For whatever it lacks in looks or smell, it more than compensates with an exceptionally clean and crisp flavor. Notes of apple skin and wildflower complement the pristine mineral-y Pilsner malt. The beer is quite dry, and has a tremendous subtlety inherent. Another winner for BRBP
M - Super crisp carbonation and a very light but still substantive body make this one of the most refreshing summer brews imaginable.
D - If I lived by the Broad Ripple, the question of which beer to drink would be a nightly conundrum. This is a good one. Prime-time lawnmower brew.
