Poured a very nice mid-deep copper with excellent head and lacing throughout. Very nice deep malt sweet aroma with a great citrus hop hit in the nose. Nice flavors, a bit of toffee with a great thick malt sweetness, as well as a nice citrus hop bitterness up front and a slight floral bitterness with the citrus at the end. Goes down well, little hop roughness at all.

Listed on the menu as a Galaxy singe hop. Served in a British pint glass.
Very cloudy dark amber in color. Served with a thin creamy off white head that leaves lots of lacing on the way down. Aroma is of toast, caramel malts, and a faint hint of tropical fruits. Taste is heavy on the toast- really its the predominant flavor - some bread, biscuit, a liitle citrus. Finishes with the flavor of dirty ashtray. Fairly bitter with a dirty chalky mouthfeel. Easy carbonation.
Well no offense to the brewer, but this has to be the worst expression of the Galaxy hop I've ever had. There is absolutely no juicy tropical flavors that one would expect and the toasty malty base does nothing for the hop.
