I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a six sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some nice lace. The scent had subtle honey Notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a sweet malt start that gives way to a wet grassy hop that finishes clean. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

This tries to be the Organic Wit from Rochester Mills but once again is like its weaker cousin. If they did an organic twist on this beer, it might then give it the potency that is well needed. This one is zesty lemon finish but just falls flat and turns out to be miller lite at the finish. Not that it is a bad thing but the robustness I was expecting was not there.

Ah Buxom BlonDDe, of the select few beers I actually quite enjoy from a brewery that usually just disappoints me beyond belief.
Serving type: Draft pour into a shaker pint.
Appearance - Ah, an almost beautiful golden and slighty hazy/cloud appearance. It pours with a small head that linger for a bit, and the carbonation bubbles put on a nice show.
Smell - Not too much to scoff at here, just hints of coriander and malts.
Taste - It has a nice flavor, a tad hint of citrus, a small bite of hops, a bit of a creamy finish. Not super complicated, which is definitely part of it's appeal. The beer is brewed to a surprisingly high ABV for a Blonde Ale at 6.5%, and thankfully it can't be detected at all.
Mouthfeel - This beer is light-medium bodied, not too watery but not very dense. The beer is decently carbonated, lacking the flatness that plagues alot of Sherwood's beer.
Overall - This beer is available year round, and for good reason. It's the best beer offered that can appeal to mostly everyone, not to say it's their best effort (that would go to the brewed once Scotch Ale). With that said, it isn't a ground breaking beer, but definitely not a bad pick up if you're in the area, it's quite refreshing after a long day of work.

Aroma was slight but sweet. Taste carried a spicy hop note with a little citrus. The low malt character matched the style. The carbonation level made for a pleasant mouthfeel. Overall, nothing standing out here, but a worthy beer all the same. Brewer's note indicated 15 ibu and 6.5% ABV. If the alcohol content is that high, it takes outside the range for the style, but it isn't noticeably alcoholic.

Poured into a 20 oz pint glass
Appearance - At first glance this was a wheat beer, cloudy to the point that one could not see through and relatively pale.
Smell - Some faint malts without any hops that I could notice.
Taste - Some decent malts, it was definitely sweet, no hops that I could distinguish. Middle of the road for microbrew, certainly better than most lagers at any given grocery store but not particularly great.
Mouthfeel - Pretty light and easy to go down.
Drinkability - The abv at 6.5 was deceptively high but still decent flavor and easy to get down means drinkability is high.

Was on tap. Served in a pint glass. No head when brought by the waitress. Very clear, yellow/straw color. Little carbonation seen. Faint aroma of malted grains and floral. Weak tasting, matches the aroma. Light bodied. Lightly carbonated to almost flat. Quite dry as well. Not one I'd order again, it was wimpy compared to the style.
