I know BA frowns on giving all 5s but in this instance the beer warrants such a high score, at least in my opinion. Poured from taps into a 20 oz pint glass.
A - It pours a curious shade of orange, somewhere between gold and red with little carbonation and a slight head. The color is definitely intriguing, it is dark enough to know that the brew has real complexity but still light enough to remind you that this is a very drinkable lager.
S- Fantastic, the malts are there to shake your hand at the first whiff and promising to deliver with sweetness at first taste.
T - Wow, this was why I started drinking microbrew in the first place! As the scent hinted at this beer is very sweet and fills the entire mouth, yet it somehow manages to avoid being overwhelming. A slight hop character spices up the beer at the end for a clean finish.
M - It is a lager indeed it is light in the mouth and going down.
D - The beer goes down easy but avoids being watery and possess immaculate flavor; meaning this quite possible is the most drinkable beer I have ever had. The only drawback I can think of is the high abv which means 1 is enough for a single sitting.
