Pours a cloudy light amber, with a finger of head building to a thick foamy cap. Head diminishes rather quickly leaving a skim of broken froth that leaves a light lacing down the glass.
The aroma is of lemon, grapefruit and grain malt.
Taste starts out with a grapefruit hop hit followed by a grainy, malty mellowness that tapers to a light citrus after.
The carbonation is mild, the feel is smooth. Its not as dry as I generally like, but it is a solid wheat ale.
