A hazy bright golden IPA with flavours of tropical citrus hops, freshly peeled key lime zest, and a creamy hint of sweetness. Named after the 5 selects hops chosen to compliment the fresh lime flavour and crisp malt base.

650ml bottle - quite the affair going on here - brewed with freshly zested key limes, lactose, and 5 different hops whose ordered initialism is 'CREAM'.
This beer pours a murky, medium copper amber colour, with two fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and bubbly off-white head, which leaves some random rock formation lace around the glass as it quickly blows off.
It smells of juicy and sugared-up lime, bready and doughy caramel malt, subtle milky notes, and some plain leafy, citrusy, and piney hop bitters. The taste is semi-sweet, grainy and bready caramel malt, more rather sugary lime flesh character, creme Anglais, and some obscured weedy, herbal, and grassy verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is adequate in its palate-propping frothiness, the body a decent middleweight, and mostly smooth, with just a touch of lime acridity taking things down a peg or so here. It finishes on the sweet side, with the lactose, malt, and lime all aiding and abetting this tendency towards the extreme.
Overall - this is a pleasant and refreshing enough version of the so-called 'Milkshake IPA', even if the lime zest is definitely overwrought (which is weird when talking about this particular brewery). It masks any and all of the purported quintet of hops, which, as implied, doesn't seem to matter, but kind of defeats the purpose of the whole thing. Cream, sha boogie bop!
