Cloudy pink-peach color. Poured a short head that dropped down to nothing in less than a minute. Too cloudy to see the carbonation level. Left no lacing.
Strong fresh raspberry smell. Light yeast and malt. Swirling the glass kicked up a very brief scent of horse blanket and a slightly longer mineral scent, as if this had been aged in concrete tanks.
Tart with light raspberry and dirt flavors. Maybe a hint of some citrus, but hard to tell. Some malt and yeast pop up as it gets warmer. The aftertaste is a stronger tart with a light astringent bitter. There is a light woody twig or brush flavor towards the end.
Light tongue tingling. Quickly turned into a large bubbled foam. A bit thick and oily. Mildly astringent.
One of the 4 beers in the "Juice Box Sour Mixer". This has one of the cleanest fruit flavors, although it has some wood or twig flavor as if some of the raspberry bush was used. Could not really taste any of the lime or orange, but I prefer flavors that act as enhancements of the overall flavor.
