Not a bad beer, but probably my least favourite of the Brewmaster Series.
Very very light gold with a foamy white head. Typical pilsener scent, no surprises. Crisp hops, creamy malts.
Hoppier taste than expected, and slightly bitter. Wierd, slightly sweet fruit taste as it goes done. Becomes more muddled as it warms, with the malts smoothing the hops quite a bit.
Standard pilsener body - crisp carbonation, light body. Good - best served quite chilled as it becomes a little bit muted as it warms.

A: Crystal clear yellow with a white head, thin ring of retention, hints of lace.
S: A light hop aroma: floral, steelie grass, hint of pepper. Underlying malty sweetness (toffee?).
T: Floral hops, steelie grass, toffee sweetness with a mild bitterness (could use a little more for a German pils). Otherwise, the flavours are there... good stuff.
M: Light to moderate body has a fairly crisp finish.
D/O: A real easy drinker and overall a good brew.
What's the secret... mash hopping?
