A re-creation of the original St. Stan's Dark which was produced as unfiltered Alt Beer. Dark red brown color, hazy. Medium white head. Aroma is malty and yeasty. Medium bodied altbeer. Caramelized malts, chocolate flavor. Some hop bite. Round mouthfeel. Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Much fuller and smoothed tasting than the dark
