Served in a standard pint glass. The beer was a hazy copper with a nice off-white head.
The beer had a decent nose of hops (Cascade Im guessing) and fresh bread.
The taste was fine and in-line for blonde ale. Some decent but not overly aggressive hoping gave the beer a slight pine taste. The malts added a bready sweetness. Some apple taste emerged after a few sips.
The mouth was on the thin side, but the beer has better than average drinkablity. Easy enough to pair with some of their food. Serviceable yes, exciting, no!
