Light golden brew with a clean white head on top: hand-pulled pint on 2 Mar 2013 in the excellent Cock Hotel (Wellington, Shropshire).
The Fuggles give the brew a full hop feel more than a full hop blast: they are evident in both the aroma and taste but the malts hold their own and this is a well balanced if slightly dry finnishing beer. Wheat is also used in the brewing process although I couldn't find any trace of it in my pint.
Pleasant and easy to drink: would have liked more colour, but light beers sell around here and darker more amber brews don't seem to fly out the pumps as fast. Brewers will therefore brew to local tastes, not just mine!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
