The colour is pale gold; the finger thick head is white and airy. It sinks down leaving some lacing.

The smell is sweet with notes of somewhat roasted malt, honey essence, chalk and a light touch of some hops.

The taste is sweet with more malt than expected from a 2.8% beer. Honey, minerals, tobacco and dough. The medium lasting aftertaste got notes of lighty roasted malt and some dry-bitter hops.

The carbonation is a bit milder than the average euroalger. Small bubbles.

A better low alcohol importation of the Danish “Classic” style than I had anticipated.
