The colour is pale copper; the firm white two finger head slowly sinks down leaving some lacing.
The smell is sweet with some lightly roasted caramel notes and peppery hints of hops.
The taste is light with some fragile roasted notes, some sweetness and a hint of caramel and some bitterness. The aftertaste includes notes of dough, mild spices and an OK bitterness. Some broth and herbs in the finish.
The carbonation is mid-strong with lots of small bubbles. The liquid is somewhat creamy.
If it had been a 5% lager, whit would have been somewhat below average, bit at 2.8%, this one got more character than I had expect.
